Halton Unbreakable Run for Youth Mental Health sells out

With over 450 runners, the Halton Unbreakable Run for Youth Mental Health is so popular this year that participants are being turned away. The event is held on May 7 at Spencer Smith Park in Burlington and will feature runners and their families from elementary and high schools from both the Halton District and the Halton District Catholic School Boards.

The run is a goal event for many of the Team Unbreakable groups in Halton Region. The event also celebrates Children’s Mental Health Week in Canada, where many organizations are using this time to bring awareness to issues facing children and youth. CameronHelps partnered both Halton District and Halton Catholic District School Boards to present this inspiring event. Participants receive an event shirt, finishers medal and breakfast at the Waterfront Hotel.

Please contact John at johnk@cameronhelps.ca to volunteer for this event or come and cheer on all the participants as they complete their goal event.
