Music Group Sirens of Shanti gives back to CameronHelps

The alternative music group Sirens of Shanti is launching a new music video on December 16, 2015 in Toronto with all event proceeds earmarked for CameronHelps.

The music video, called “My Room,” has been called “dance music for the sophisticated mind” by the eyeopener and the band referred to by eye Weekly as “the coolest musicians in Toronto.”

Please come out and support the band if you can. The event is being held at Lula Lounge, 158 Dundas St. W. in Toronto and tickets are only $10 at the door. You can reserve your tickets in advance at this website If you can’t attend, you can also donate to CameronHelps here.

Tony Singh, a former June Award nominee for his work with the band Punjabi by Nature is the producer of the album. He says, “Sirens of Shanti represents more experimentation and diversity than my previous band. On the one side, metal guitars on top of dance beats and on the other side, organic instruments. It can be a challenging mix, but it’s artistically fulfilling to create new sounds honouring ancient musical traditions blended with current Canadian styles.
