Welcome to Team Unbreakable’s 9 Week Challenge. The 1st Theme is Physical Health for Mental Health! Over the coming weeks there will be a new challenge (for example, week 2 it is Goal-Setting)

Let’s stay connected even though we’re apart! Mental health is more important than ever so let’s keep working on our physical health which can make us feel better ????.

The 9-week challenge can be completed at home!

The Theme for week 1 is Physical Health for Mental Health. Exercise stimulates our brain’s “happy” neurotransmitters – dopamine and serotonin – which gives us that “contented” feeling after a strong workout. So it’s important to keep moving!
